The Council of Private and Private Universities held a meeting last Thursday, led by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Helmy Al-Ghar, Secretary of the Council of Private and Private Universities , and members of the Council, at the headquarters of the British University in Egypt in Al-Shorouk.
