The decisions also included the license of the Ministry of Finance, in conjunction with the Central Bank, to establish a public limited company whose purpose is the central deposit and registry of government securities and financial instruments.
The newspaper also published the Prime Minister’s approval to grant a license to the South Sinai Governorate to establish a joint-stock company whose purpose is to manage and benefit from investment projects, tourism and government services.
