The General Department of Analysis of the Meteorological Authority issued the weather forecast for Thursday, December 24, 2020 on its official website.
He indicated that the weather on Thursday is daytime; Moderate weather in Cairo and Lower Egypt, a water slug in the morning and the winds are moderate, and a water slug prevails in the morning, a moderate climate on the northern coasts and the winds are moderate and a warm climate prevails in South Sinai, and active winds cause navigation disturbances in the Red Sea and a suspension of water in the morning. Moderate climate in the north of Upper Egypt, moderate winds at times and warmer climate in the south of Upper Egypt, with moderate winds.
The “Authority” added that the weather is Thursday night; Cold weather in Cairo and Lower Egypt, cold weather on the northern coasts, cold weather prevails in South Sinai, and very cold weather in the north and south of Upper Egypt.
The “Meteorology” revealed the technical description of the meteorological maps, explaining that the country is affected by the extension of an air at the top of the earth’s surface and the extension of an air depression in the upper atmosphere.
With respect to natural phenomena, the Authority warned of light rains (approximately 30%) in areas of northern Lower Egypt in intermittent periods, and light to moderate rains (approximately 40%) in areas of the northern coasts in intermittent periods.
