Volos drew with host AEK Athens with two goals for each team, at the Olympic Stadium, on matchday 13 of the Greek League.

Amr Warda participated in the full match and scored his team’s second goal.

Volos raises her score to 16 points in seventh place and Ake Athena raises her score to 24 points in fourth place.

Warda started the game with a face shield for a nose injury, before taking it off and, sadly for him, the ball hit his nose twice in the next few minutes.

The first exciting goal of the match was scored in the third minute by Swede Muammar Tankovic for the AEK team.

Against Argentine Franco Ferrari he tied for Volos in the 16th minute.

Volos led for the first time on the scoreboard in the 34th minute with a header from Warda, who received a perfect cross from Julian Bartolo that brilliantly deposited the net.

Warda scored his second goal this season, and his first since last October.

But Iranian Karim Ansari Fard tied for AEK Athena in the 70th minute.

The match was marked by 3 red cards in the following minutes, as Paulinho and Wevin Shakov left the ranks of AEK Athens in the 74th and 88th minutes, against Rodrigo Colombo of Volos in the 85th minute.

Warda was the reason Shakov received the red card after the latter hit him on the head as he fell to the ground.
