Books – Muhammad Shaban:

A secret romantic relationship that united a girl and a young man, which was the first chapter of the crime of killing a minor by strangulation at the hands of her sister at the Badrashin Center, south of Giza.

Not long ago, a father discovered his 19-year-old daughter’s relationship with a young man named “Abd al-Rahman.” He found conversations and messages on his phone that revealed the details of that relationship.

The father did not hesitate to prevent his daughter from leaving, “You will not leave the house without my knowledge”, but she did not follow her father’s instructions.

Days ago, the father and his wife left the house and left the girl and her younger sister, “17”, at the house.

The 19-year-old took the opportunity, got dressed and went to meet her lover, indifferent to her father’s warning.

In the evening, the girl returned home before the father returned to be greeted by his younger sister. “You went to his cold and you met him … I’ll tell your father when I get back.”

The minor was not satisfied with the words of admonition and threats, the matter was extended to the request of her sister, “Hati, who is my husband.”

The exchange of words turned into a fight, which ended in the death of the younger sister, suffocation, at the hands of the older.

The accused carried her sister’s body to her bed and closed the door to the room.

The stepmother invited her husband’s youngest daughter to dinner together. She went to her room, thinking she was asleep, before discovering the great catastrophe, “Join me the girl, cutting me off.”

Initially, Brigadier General Hussam Lafi, head of the Badrashin Police Department, received a report about the death of a girl inside his home under mysterious circumstances and his family’s wish to obtain a burial permit.

A force moved from the apartment to the author’s store and the girl’s body was found inside her room, dressed in her full clothing, wrapped around her neck with a scarf.

When asked to his family, they reported: “The scarf was wrapped around his neck while he slept … he died.” However, the inspection showed otherwise. Traces of a notch were found on the neck, indicating that the victim had been strangled.

A high-level investigation team headed by Major General Asem Abu al-Khair, Director of Criminal Investigation in Giza, with the participation of Colonel Muhammad Abdel Shakour, Inspector of the Ayyat and Badrashin Division.

Investigation efforts concluded that the older victim’s sister was behind the commission of the incident and that on the day of the incident she left the home to meet her lover without her father’s knowledge. Upon her return, her younger sister raped her, leading her to kill her and pretend that she suddenly fell to the ground.

Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Tabliah, head of the al-Badrasheen investigation, and his assistant, Captain Ahmed Fayez, managed to arrest the accused who had confessed to his crime.

The necessary report on the incident was drawn up, and Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Watidi, Head of Sector South, forwarded it to the Prosecutor’s Office, which initiated the investigation.
