Mostafa Mourad Fahmy, former secretary of the African Football Confederation, has been nominated to head the new committee to manage the Egyptian Football Association.

وعلم FilGoal.com That Hani Abu Raida, former president of the Football Association and member of the FIFA Executive Council, appointed Mustafa Murad Fahmy to head the new management committee of the Football Association.

Abu Raida’s nomination for Mustafa Murad Fahmy came on the sidelines of the FIFA Executive Council meeting currently being held in Bahrain, in the presence of FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

FIFA had notified the Football Association of the end of the current mandate of the FIFA management committee on January 31, with a new committee consisting of three new names appointed to complete the committee’s tasks.

In a previous statement, FIFA announced the extension of the work of the committee that oversees the Egyptian Football Association until January 31, early December (see details).

The committee’s work was scheduled to end on November 30, 2020, to extend VIVA’s term, while reducing the number of its members from 5 to 3 people.
