The Public Ministry accused the defendants of extortion and forcing the doctor to film a pornographic video with a girl to whom he went in good faith to sign his acknowledgment, and the investigations indicated that the doctor was attacked with insults and defamation, and He threatened to post his nude photos and a one minute and 20 second video in exchange for £ 250,000.

The Helwan Investigative Police had received a report from a doctor accusing a nurse, her friend and another person of photographing him naked, defying the threat of a weapon, for £ 250,000.

And the security services were able to determine the identity and location of the defendants, and they were arrested, and several photographs and a video clip of the doctor and the nurse’s friend were found in their possession, they were arrested and a report was drawn up and sent to the Ministry Public.
