She was returning from a chemotherapy session … she was raped by the body of a cancer patient, who was raped by a driver in Qalyoub.

The forensic report on the rape of a cancer patient in Qalyoub by a tuk-tuk driver and his colleague revealed that the victim had been brutally raped by the defendants, and the report confirmed the presence of serious lacerations and abrasions on the body of the victim, which shows that she was exposed to reality, while investigations by security services revealed the authenticity of the incident. The prosecutor at the Qalyoub center received the forensic report in preparation for referring the incident to court.

Previously, the Shubra al-Khaimah Criminal Court, headed by counselor Sameh Abdel Hakam, the court president, and the composition of the counselors, Abdul Rahman Safwat al-Husseini, Hassan Qandil and Ashraf Hassan’s secretariat, decided to continue to imprison a driver and a 45-day unemployed man returning from a chemotherapy session with a patient who accused them of raping a young cancer daughter.

The events of the incident occurred when Major General Hatem Al-Haddad, Qalubia’s director of investigation, received a notification from the director of the Qalioub department stating that he had received a report from a housewife that a tuk-tuk driver and her colleague had been raped at gunpoint in the Ziraat area of ​​Qalioub and she was accompanied by her daughter as she returned from a chemotherapy session.

The criminal investigation team headed by Brigadier General Khaled Al-Muhammadi, head of investigations of the directorate, inquired about the reality and the victim was discussed about the descriptions of the defendants and the tuk-tuks in which they were traveling.

The investigation revealed that the victim was lured by a bus driver as she was traveling with him and his daughter-in-law to take her home after leaving a government hospital in Qalioub for cancer chemotherapy session with her son, and on the way, the defendant telephoned an unemployed friend who was waiting at a place and rode. With them a tuk-tuk, then the victim was surprised that the driver had deviated from the road towards the middle of the crops, and the second defendant threatened to hurt his daughter by placing a deer horn on the little girl’s neck and they raped her, alternating between them, under threat of hurting her son.

In one of the ambushes, the two defendants were arrested and in front of them confessed to having committed the incident.
