Sources: The arrival of the second batch of vaccine against the Corona virus

Official sources from the Health Ministry confirmed that the second batch of the Chinese coronavirus vaccine “Sinopharma” arrived in Egypt on Tuesday, noting that the second batch also includes 50,000 doses.

Sources told Al-Masry Al-Youm that, upon arrival of the second batch, Egypt had 100,000 doses sufficient for 50,000 people, so that one person would receive two doses, including 21 days.

The sources indicated that the Ministry is giving the final touches to the web page dedicated to reserving the vaccine through the Internet, provided that it is made known as soon as it is finalized for those who wish.

Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, received, last Thursday night, the first batch of the new vaccine against the Corona virus produced by the Chinese company (Sinopharm), at the Cairo International Airport, from the Emirates United Arab Emirates, in the presence of the Chinese Ambassador to Egypt (Liao Li Zhang). And Ambassador Maryam Al-Kaabi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Egypt.
