The Meteorological Authority revealed the meteorological phenomena and the expected rain locations from today Monday, December 14, 2020 until Thursday, December 17, 2020.
The “seventh day” publishes rain maps and meteorological phenomena for its readers for the next 48 hours, as follows:
Today, Monday, December 14, 2020:
Medium to heavy rains in areas of the north coast (Matruh – Sallum). . Average rainfall in areas of (Alexandria – Rashid – Baltim).
Light to moderate rainfall in areas of the eastern coasts, Lower Egypt and the Gulf of Aqaba (Damietta – Port Said – Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – West – East – Menoufia – Taba – Nuweiba)
Agitated wind and sand activity: in areas of the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo, the Canal cities and northern Upper Egypt, causing a decrease in horizontal visibility.
Tuesday, December 15, 2020:
Medium to heavy rains in areas of the northern coasts (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum – Rashid – Baltim – Damietta – Port Said).
Moderate rain: in areas of Lower Egypt and the canal cities (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira Dakahlia – West – East – Menoufia – Ismailia – Suez).
Agitated wind and sand activity: in areas of the eastern coasts, Sinai, Lower Egypt, Cairo, the canal cities and the south of the country, leading to a decrease in horizontal visibility
