The statement said national team officials demanded that a second scan be performed for the team’s mission at another laboratory that is also accredited.
The mission demanded the intervention of Ihab Fahmy, the Egyptian ambassador to Tunisia, to perform a second smear in an accredited laboratory, 24 hours before the Egypt-Libya Youth match.
