The draw for the final price of the Champions League resulted in a fierce confrontation between Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, and strong between Atlético de Madrid and Chelsea.
While defending champion Bayern Munich plays Lazio, Liverpool collides with Leipzig.
The conditions for the draw were that a team should not fall against another that was with it in the same group in the first round, and not collide with a club from the same country.
And each team that leads their group in the first round must face a team that occupied their group.
The teams leading their group are: Bayern Munich (first), Real Madrid (second), Manchester City (third), Liverpool (fourth), Chelsea (fifth), Dortmund (sixth), Juventus (seventh) and Paris Saint-Germain (eighth).
While the runners-up were: Atlético de Madrid (first), Borussia Monchengladbach (second), Porto (third), Atalanta (fourth), Sevilla (fifth), Lazio (sixth), Barcelona (seventh) and Leipzig (eighth).
The eight clashes were as follows:
Atalanta vs Real Madrid
Sevilla against Dortmund
Barcelona against Paris Saint-Germain
Porto against Juventus
Leipzig vs. Liverpool
Atlético de Madrid vs. Chelsea
Lazio vs. Bayern Munich
Borussia Monchengladbach vs. Manchester City
The price-final matches will take place in the second half of next February and will last one month, and the teams that lead their groups in the first round will host the second leg matches.
Then, on March 19, a draw will be decided, in the quarter-final and semi-final matches.
The Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Turkey will host the final of the tournament on May 29, 2021.
Bayern Munich holds the championship title after beating Paris Saint-Germain with a goal in the final last year.
