He continued: “Our goal is to preserve the existence of the team. As I said, we have the best in Egypt. We listen to the point of view of the football committee and the coaching staff. I trust the team. They are men and everyone saw them in the game. of contractors “.

“We are an independent committee, nobody interferes in our work and we do not communicate with anyone to obtain approval of contracts or others,” he continued.

He remarked: “When funds are available, we will give everything. Nobody cares. The players want to continue with Zamalek, it is a matter of time and nothing more.”

For his part, Ahmed Abdullah, a member of the committee, said at the press conference, “Zamalek is a great name. We can bring investment to the club. Zamalek never asked anyone for donations.”

“Zamalek is bigger than anyone,” he said, “no businessman who loves Zamalek has made any donations or support, and we didn’t ask.”

He concluded: “There are financial flows and there is a plan to develop Zamalek’s resources. Zamalek is too big to be a ‘mercenary’ club. Zamalek has lasted more than 100 years. We will work to develop the club.”
