Unidentified assailants attacked the executive director of the Egyptian Zamalek Football Committee, Ayman Younis, near his home in the area on October 6 after Friday prayers, and smashed his car windows.
Ayman Yunus was injured in the neck and hand.

Ayman Younes had entered into a bond of mutual attack with several Zamalek stars, after speaking about his desire to sell the team’s stars in the upcoming winter transfer period, to provide financial liquidity to the club after the financial crisis that is experimenting.

It should be noted that the Zamalek club, previously announced, the appointment of a new football committee, which includes a number of historical stars for the club, and the committee was composed of: Ayman Yunus, Farouq Jaafar, Ahmed Abdel Halim, Mohamed Helmy, Tamer Abdel Hamid Dunga and Hussein Al-Sayed, as well as Imad Abdel Aziz were appointed to the temporary committee headed by Ahmed Al-Bakri, after accepting the resignation of Muhammad Atiyah.
