The agent of the Remote Sensing Center of the General Meteorological Authority said, in a televised intervention on Thursday, that as of Sunday, the country will witness rapid fluctuations in the air, followed by a rapid drop in temperatures, starting next Monday, and heavy rains in some areas, and lifting of sand and dust.
The weather agency expects Thursday to witness a morning water sprinkler and warm weather in Cairo and the waterfront with moderate winds, and a morning water sprinkler and warm weather on the northwestern shores sloping to warm in the eastern coasts, with moderate winds, and warm climate in South Sinai. The winds are moderate.
The meteorological authority also expects a water source to prevail and the climate will be warm in northern Upper Egypt, hot in southern Upper Egypt, with moderate winds.
Mahmoud Shaheen, director of the Weather Forecast Department of the General Meteorological Authority, revealed that the country is witnessing a water chill in the morning in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern and northern coasts of Upper Egypt, and light rains in some areas of Alexandria, Matrouh and Salloum, and wind activity causing sand and dust in some areas of Sallum, Siwa and Sidi Barani.
Meteorology expects the weather to be cold at night in Cairo and Lower Egypt, cold on the northern shores, cooler in southern Sinai, very cold in the north and south of Upper Egypt.
