The amendments also stipulated that “the exam will be conducted for the first time in every year of secondary school at no cost, and the Minister of Education and Technical Education, upon approval of the Supreme Council of Pre-University Education, will issue a decision to determine the percentages of cumulative total of the three years, and the maximum total for which the student is calculated. .

The articles that have been added also stipulate that “The Minister of Education and Technical Education, prior approval of the Supreme Council of Pre-university Education, issues a decision that determines the subjects in which the exams are taken, the number of times a student can enter the exam, the exam system and the determination of the minor and major extremes of the grades of the subjects, The grades that are counted in the additional times of taking the exam, as well as determining the categories of the fee, which do not exceed 5,000 pounds, and exemption cases thereof.

According to the added subjects, the students of the scientific department take scientific subjects, and the students of the literary department, in addition to the compulsory subjects for the two departments, and the Minister of Education and Technical Education, prior approval of the Higher Council of Pre-university Education , determines the plans and curricula, and the controls and conditions to apply them, provided that said plans are based on The curricula refer to the latest technologies and means of modern technology, in line with modern methods and used worldwide , and the rules for stopping the registration and organizing the acceptance of excuses are determined by a decision of the Minister of Education and Technical Education.

The amended articles also stipulate that “if a student fails one or two subjects in most general and specialized subjects after exhausting the permissible number of times to enter the exam in each academic year, he is charged with the failure, transferred to the following year and reexamined with New Year’s students, as well as. You can take exams from abroad, in accordance with the regulations issued by decision of the Minister of Education and Technical Education.

“Any student who has failed in one or two subjects in most general and specialized subjects, after exhausting the number of times to enter the exam in the third grade, has the right to re-test in the failed only once in the year next, and then the exam is taken from abroad for a period of only two years ”.

“This law will enter into force as of the day following its publication date, with the exception of article (28), which will be effective as of the next academic year 2021-2022, with any provision that contradicts its provisions being repealed.
