Mohamed Abu El-Enein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ceramica Cleopatra Club, believes that the day is historic for his club, following their first promotion to the Premier League.
And the Ceramica Cleopatra Club held a press conference to present its stars in preparation for the start of the new season.
Abu Al-Enein said: “I welcome the big stars who attended today, because today is a historic date for the club as the first team is preparing for the Premier League matches.”
“The Egyptian people are throbbing with football and we are happy that our team includes an excellent group of big stars in various positions,” he added.
“The beginning is always difficult, but reaching the top is more difficult,” he stressed.
The president of Ceramica Cleopatra continued: “I thank Haitham Shaaban, the technical director, for the future of the technical department in Egypt.
He also continued, “Moataz Al-Battawi, the general supervisor of the ball, who gives everything he has to the team and helped him get to the Premier League, and Tariq Abu Al-Enein, who is making a legendary effort to support the team”.
Abu Al-Enein revealed, “Cleopatra Group is an integrated group with a sporting activity that is dearer to me and eager to support it with all my strength and happy with the fans and interested in our newly counted team.
Regarding membership, he said: “I love and support the Al-Ahly club, but currently I support Ceramica Cleopatra and not fanaticism in sport. This is our clear message and there are surprises to be revealed in the coming days.”
He concluded his remarks: “I greet Mahmoud Al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly, and spoke with him, and he assured me that everything will be provided to support the club, which is new to the league.”
Ceramica Club completed 20 deals in the summer transfer market, which ended on Sunday, and the rookie club’s deals came in for the first time in its Premier League history, as follows:
Muhammad Ibrahim, Ahmed Mohsen, Muhammad Toni, Muhammad Musaad and Mido Jaber from Egypt for the clearing, Rajab Bakkar from Pyramids, Abdel Rahman Bodi and Abdullah Mahmoud from Wadi Tigris and Ahmed Amin Ufa from Sharqah Smoke, Muhammad Jamal, the goalkeeper of the Arab and famous former Turkish player Ivor Jamal Jamal Kwame Alfonso “Funcino” and Saleh Jumaa after terminating their contract with Al-Ahly, Kwame Bonsu, Esperance player Mohamed Hassan from Zamalek, Ghanaian Winfol Kubina, Khaled Sobhi from El Gouna, Amer Amer from El Entag El Harby, and finally Saif Tqa and Maxwell Bakuh.
