The Meteorological Authority revealed, meteorological phenomena and places of expected rain during the period between Saturday, December 5, 2020 and Friday, December 11, 2020:
On Saturday, December 5, 2020:
Light to moderate rainfall at the rate of (30%): in some areas of (Alexandria – Burj Al Arab – Sidi Abdel Rahman – Dabaa – Matrouh – Rashid – Baltim – Damietta – Port Said – Al Arish – Rafah).
And water slides in some areas of the north coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Sunday, December 6, 2020:
Light rain at a rate of (30%): in some areas of (Damietta – Port Said – Arish – Rafah).
And water slides in some areas of the north coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Wind and sand activity increased in some areas of the west of the country (Salloum – Sidi Barani – Matrouh – Siwa – Farafra, Bahariya oasis).
Monday, December 7, 2020:
Source of water in some areas of the north coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo.
Wind activity in some areas of Greater Cairo.
Wind and sand activity increased in some areas of northern Upper Egypt (Fayoum – Minya – Beni Suef – Assiut).
Tuesday, December 8, 2020:
