The Ceramica Cleopatra Club management announced the signing of Kwame Ponsu, Esperance de Tunis midfielder.

Ghanaian player Kwame Bonsu signed contracts to join Ceramica Cleopatra for two seasons, after successfully passing medical exams.

Moataz Al-Battawi, general supervisor of the football sector at Ceramica Cleopatra, managed to close the deal with the player and his agent, in order to join the Esperance midfielder.

Ponso is 26 years old and joined Esperance last summer.

Ponso plays in defensive midfield and has previously played for Ghana’s Asante Kotoko club and the Swedish League.

Ponso is the fourteenth deal for Ceramica during the summer transfer period so far.

So far, Ceramica included 13 deals before including Esperance’s player, and they are: Mohamed Ibrahim, Ahmed Mohsen, Mohamed Tony, Mohamed Massad, Mido Jaber from Egypt for punt, Rajab Bakkar from Pyramids, Abdel Rahman Bodi and Abdullah Mahmoud from Wadi Tigris, Ahmed Amin Mufa from Harismalhan from Jakah Arab contractors, Khaled Jamal, a famous Turkish player, Yani, Ivorian Kwame Alfonso “Funcino”, and Saleh Jumaa after terminating their contract with Al-Ahly.
