The flames and fire resumed from the area of the burning land in the Governorate of Valle Nuevo, last night, Thursday, in a phenomenon represented by the appearance of red and blue fires and thick smoke with the appearance of burning coals on the earth’s surface in a blue color at sunset and gradually turning into a bloody red color, which is the phenomenon that was monitored in the area of the “Hindaw” road, the town of Mut in the Dakhla district, at 1 , 5 km from Mut and 2.5 km from the village of Al-Hendaw.

The area received a mission from the Center for Astronomical and Geophysical Research, which continued for the last three days, and ended on Friday, to collect samples from the area, analyze them, and conduct research and studies on them, led by Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Zahir Mohamed, assistant professor of geophysics at the Center for Astronomical Research in Cairo.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Zahir Mohamed, assistant professor of geophysics at the Center for Astronomical Research, confirmed during his visit to Valle Nuevo that what is happening in the region is a chemical reaction between soil elements. Samples from the area were collected for analysis in specialized laboratories in Cairo, so the analysis is carried out chemically and radiologically to detect Radioactive elements are present and geophysical detection devices with magnetic technology have been used to examine and study the nature of the rocks in the region.

Muhammad added, that the initial examination confirms the presence of a Zinnia girl with a mutant girl, mixed plant fossil remains in the composition of the girl, with layers of sand clay scattered around the area, and the report will be completed once the factor analysis has finished analyzing the elements present in the rocks of the region.

He continued, that the area is completely free of deep faults that reach the ground, and there are craters from some volcano and volcanic activity or even seismic activity, and no volcanic or seismic activity has been detected at all.

Dr. Nabil Hanafi, head of the city of Dakhla in the New Valley, said that a scientific committee consisting of geology professors and several professors from the Faculties of Agriculture and Sciences has already been formed to study soil smoke emissions, and the study aims in particular to identify the nature of the emissions and their impact on the health of the citizens of the neighboring region. And the possibility that the State benefits economically from it if these emissions are associated with materials with a high economic return.

The rector of the city added that he is communicating with New Valley University, to follow up on the geological research work in the area, to find out the causes of the phenomenon as soon as possible.

At the beginning of last November, the village of Al-Hindaw in Dakhla in New Valley governorate witnessed the appearance of fumes, volcanic fumes, dense smoke and embers on the surface of the earth in a blue color, and the color gradually It turns bloody red, and the phenomenon occurs in the area of the “Hindaw” – Mut highway, far away. 1.5 km from Mut and 2.5 km from Al-Hindaw Village.
