The board of directors of the zamalek club seeks to renew the contract of the Tunisian player Ferjani Sassi, the team’s player, in the next few hours, especially since his contract expires at the end of next season.

A source within the club revealed that the player will hold a session with the club’s technical committee next Saturday, in the presence of his agent Muhannad Aoun, who is currently in Cairo.

The source added that the player initially welcomed the renewal in exchange for financial compensation offered by Zamalek officials, noting that the technical committee is preparing the player with an amount of $ 700,000 currently, as the presenter of the contract, which is equivalent to at 11 million pounds, and will be renewed for a period of two seasons at $ 1.4 million per season. , Equivalent to approximately 44 million Egyptian pounds in the two seasons.

The source stressed that the committee is very interested in stabilizing the basic strength of the white team, preventing the departure of any player and the renewal of players whose contracts expire.

It revealed that the current contract between Ferjani Sassi and the management of Zamalek, its duration was three seasons, starting with the 2019/2018 season, and ending in 2021/2020, for a value of five million six hundred seventy-seven thousand four hundred twenty euros.

Tough clashes for Zamalek at the start of the League

Zamalek is preparing to play many difficult and long-awaited matches this month, as Pacheco, the team’s coach, hopes to return to victories at the local level, and the sons of the dead fence expect five difficult matches at the start of the scheduled league for December 11, where the white team faces the Arab contractors in the first round.
