The exclusion of “Radwan Jayed” from the turn of the century is due to “unknown”

A source told Laila Koura that the reason for excluding Moroccan referee Radwan Jayed from the African Champions League final between Zamalek and Al-Ahly is “unknown”.

Zamalek will play for Al-Ahly at 9pm on Friday night at Cairo Stadium in the Champions League final.

The source, who declined to be named, added that the Moroccan ruling was the result of the swab made for the ruling and the result last Wednesday was negative.

The source revealed that “good” did not show any symptoms and that his condition was stable until Thursday night, and did not take any swabs to confirm his condition.

The source stressed that the referee was fine, mixing the team of referees, highlighting that the sentence was changed and that it could not be confirmed with Corona.

An official source, Laila Koura, said that the African Football Confederation (CAF) decided to exclude Moroccan referee Radwan Jaid from directing the Final of the Century match due to his infection with Corona.

The source, who refused to reveal his identity, added that CAF decided to exclude the ruling due to its exposure to the emerging corona virus (Covid-19) and replaced it with the Egyptian referee Ibrahim Noureddine.

The source revealed that consequently amendments were made with the help of referee Ibrahim Nur al-Din as the fourth official, provided that the Zambian referee, Jani Sikazwe, was transferred to refereeing in the “video referee” room.
