Mohamed Ibrahim, former Egyptian player for El-Maqsas and Zamalek, and a recent transfer to the ranks of Ceramica Cleopatra, said that the thinking and ambition of the club’s leaders was the motivation behind his move to the newly promoted Premier team. Ibrahim joined the ranks of Ceramica Cleopatra during the current summer transfer period, after Al-Ahly and the Pyramids retired from joining him.
Speaking to the club’s official website, the former Zamalek player said: “I chose to join this entity after I was convinced of the ideas of the club’s leaders and the negotiations between us did not take long.”
He added: “Any player chooses the place that suits him best. My ambition was to move to the club that basically guarantees me participation, and I don’t care about anything else.”
He continued: “The most outstanding characteristic of Ceramica Cleopatra is seriousness, and my passage to this club is a different challenge. I do not like conflicts and I preferred to join the club (which bought me) and I hope to be successful with them.”
He went on to talk about Haitham Shaban, the team’s coach, saying: A coach who loves football and all his work is focused on this matter, and all his training is modern and varied.
Regarding his personal goals and ambitions, he said: I like to be No. 1 in everything, I hope to do something special that fits the capabilities of Ceramica Cleopatra Club.
The cleaning player referred to the Egyptian national team and said: “I was very excited to be on the list of the pharaohs in the last camp, but I will seek all the strength to be present during the next period.”
