On Tuesday, the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, issued his indictment against Fadi Mikhael Al-Hashem, who pleaded guilty to the crime of article 547 (intentional homicide), in compliance with article 228 of the Penal Code, that stipulates the statute of legitimate defense, provided that it returns to the Court of First Instance. On this point, the decision was forwarded to the Prosecution Division in Mount Lebanon.
Reports indicated that the investigating judge convicted Al-Hashem of the crime of murder and the file was transferred to the criminal court.
