The forensic report indicated that the victim was trampled in the area of the hand and feet and a skull fracture and died upon arrival at Nasr City Hospital for one-day surgeries.
Details of the incident date back to July 11, when the Al-Ahly player ran over a person in Nasr City with his private car.
