The Meteorological Authority revealed the locations of the expected rainfall from tomorrow, Wednesday, November 18, 2020, until Sunday, November 22, 2020.
Wednesday, November 18, 2020:
Northwest coasts: light to moderate rainfall in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh. Sallum)
Light rains in some areas of (Damietta – Port Said – Al-Arish).
Thursday, November 19, 2020:
Northern coasts: moderate to heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh. Sallum – Rashid)
And moderate to heavy rains in some areas of (Damietta – Port Said Al-Arish – Rafah).
Lower Egypt: light to moderate rain in some areas of (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – Al Gharbia – Sharkia – Menoufia).
South of the Red Sea mountain ranges: light to medium rains in some areas of (Halayeb Shalateen – Ras Banas)
On Friday, November 20, 2020:
North coasts: Heavy rains, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum – Rashid – Baltim – Damietta – Port Said Al Arish – Rafah).
Lower Egypt: medium to heavy rains in some areas of (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – Gharbia – Eastern – Menoufia).
Greater Cairo: light to moderate rainfall (about 40%) in some areas of Greater Cairo and the canal cities.
South of the Red Sea mountain ranges: light to moderate rainfall in some areas of (Halayeb – Shalateen – Ras Banas).
On Saturday, November 21, 2020:
Northern coasts: moderate to heavy rains in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh – Salloum – Rashid – Baltim Port Said Al-Arish – Rafah).
Lower Egypt: moderate rains in some areas of (Kafr El Sheikh – Beheira – Dakahlia – Al Gharbia – Sharkia – Menoufia.
Sunday, November 22, 2020:
North coasts: light to moderate rain in some areas of (Alexandria – Matrouh – Sallum – Rashid).
The meteorological authority stressed the need to take all the necessary preparations and measures to limit the effects of the rain.
