The International Tennis Federation officially released the monthly ranking of female tennis players for professional players on Monday, which witnessed a historic leap for Egyptian star Mayar Sharif after winning the Charleston Championship last week.

Mayar Sharif climbed to 32 positions at a time, from 164th in the world, to 132, after scoring 136+ points, bringing her score to 571 points.

This position is the highest in the history of female tennis players in Egypt, as no female player has reached it before.

Belarusian Arena Sabalenka returned to the top ten of the world ranking of female tennis players, after winning the Austrian Championship title from Linz, while Australian star Ashley Barty maintained her position at the top.

Party is in first place with 8717 points, followed by Romanian Simona Halep with 7255 points and Japan’s Naomi Osaka in third place with 5780 points.

The ranking of the players in the top ten, published today, is as follows:

Australian Ashley Barty ranks first with 8717 points

Romanian Simona Halep is second with 7255 points

Japan’s Naomi Osaka ranks third with 5780 points

American Sophia Keenen is fourth with a score of 5760 points

Ukrainian Elena Svitolina ranks fifth with 5,260 points

Czech Karolina Pliskova ranks sixth with 5205 points

Canadian Bianca Andreescu ranks seventh with 4,555 points

Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic is eighth with 4,516 points

The Dutch Kiki Bertens ranks ninth with 4505 points

The Belarusian Arena Sabalenka is in 10th place with 4,220 points.
