South African Betsu Musimani, the coach of the Al-Ahly club, has reservations about joining Mohamed Farouk, the Pyramids Club midfielder, in the next period.
A source had previously stated, Laila Kora, that there was an agreement between Al-Ahly and Pyramids regarding a reciprocal deal during which Mohamed Farouk would return to Al-Ahly and Ahmed Al-Sheikh would move to Pyramids.
Pyramids would like to hire Ahmed Al-Sheikh during the current transfer period.
The source said in his remarks to “Yallakora” that Musimani had reservations about joining Muhammad Farouk for the Al-Ahly club for various reasons, which caused the affair to fail.
The source added that there will be negotiations to resolve the transfer of Ahmed Al-Sheikh to Pyramids for a fee to Al-Ahly.
And Mohamed Farouk previously claimed that the return to the Al-Ahly club has come closer and he is waiting for a session with Amir Tawfiq, director of contracts at Al-Ahly, to resolve some issues. (Check here).
In the same context, the source indicated Ahmed Al-Sheikh’s desire to be present in the Pyramids ranks next season after there was an offer from him to hire him from Al-Ahly.
The source confirmed that Ahmed al-Sheikh’s wish to leave coincided with the coaching staff led by Musimani, which facilitated the idea of negotiation between Al-Ahly and the Pyramids on the matter.
The source went on to say that the Pyramids administration’s decision to negotiate on Ahmed Al-Sheikh made a proposal within the planning committee regarding a reciprocal agreement and rejoining Muhammad Farouk.
The source concluded that things went shortly after, a reserve arrived from Musimani to put an end to the idea of Al-Ahly joining Farouk and continuing negotiations on the Sheikh deal separately.
