Ismaili Opposition Judge Orders Yusef Hani’s Release After Apology To Court

The Ismaili opposition judge decided to order the release of Yusef Hani after presenting an apology to the court and affirming his respect for the Islamic religion and Prophet Muhammad, may the peace and prayers of God be upon him.

The opposition judge of the Ismailia Court decided to release Yusef Hani, an 18-year-old student from the second division of the Faculty of Arts of the Suez Canal University, today Saturday, after presenting an apology to the court and affirm your respect for religions and the honorable Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.
The Ismailia Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, headed by Counselor Abd al-Khaleq Fateh al-Bab, Chief Prosecutor, under the supervision of Counselor Ibrahim Saleh, General Counsel of the Ismailia Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, ordered on Friday that Yusef Hani be imprisoned for four days awaiting investigations after the prosecution accused him of publicly insulting and despising Islam.
