Regarding treatment, mild cases will receive the drug hydroxychloroquine, which the scientific committee maintained despite not being approved by the World Health Organization, receiving the patient a dose of 400 mg twice the first day, then a dose of 200 mg twice for 6 days, or the patient received a drug. Ivermectin, or the patient received faviravir twice a day on the first day, a dose of 1600, then 600 mg twice a day, in addition to the patient receiving 50 mg of zinc a day, 200 mg of acetylcysteine, lactoferrin twice a day day and vitamin C a day.
The protocol also maintained the administration of hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin for moderate cases, along with the AIDS treatment “lopinavir / ritonavir”, as well as remdesivir for high-risk cases.
Regarding severe cases, the scientific committee decided to give patients a drug Ramdisfer or lopinavir / ritonavir, and added plasma to the treatment plan 12 days ago, although the study is still in clinical trials.
