Who is Ron Klein?
Klein is a senior advisor to Biden’s campaign and served as Biden’s chief of staff in the White House, under former President Barack Obama, and was also a senior aide to the president. He previously served as Chief of Staff to Vice President Al Gore and Attorney General Janet Reno. Klein was appointed in 2014 by President Obama to serve as the White House Ebola Response Coordinator. In 2000, he was General Counsel to the Al Gore Committee for a recount. Klein was a senior debate adviser to Biden, Obama, Bill Clinton, Wall Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton.
