Pyramids made an official offer to buy Ahmed Al-Sheikh from the Al-Ahly Club, permanently, and not loaned, to support their ranks in the new season with the goal of the previous league.
A source told “Yalla Koura” that the Al-Ahly club informed Ahmed Al-Sheikh of the arrival of the offer and decided that the decision or response to the offer would be after the final of the African Champions League.
Al-Ahly will play the African Champions League final against Zamalek for the first time in history, on November 27, in a match organized by the Cairo International Stadium if “Kaf” agrees to transfer the match from Burj Al Arab in Alexandria.
In his remarks, the source indicated that Al-Ahly requested a contract with Mohamed Farouk, the attacking midfielder for the Pyramids, who had previously played for the Al-Ahly club as part of the deal.
According to the source, Amr Bassiouni, Hiring Director of the Pyramids Club, had a session with Ahmed El-Sheikh to discuss his presence in Pyramids.
Ahmed Al-Sheikh had a great opportunity this season, especially with Swiss coach Rene Fyler, who drew Pyramids’ attention to him, especially if the Al-Ahly club did not mind doing without him to buy another offensive end , or replace some of the transferred.
