Mahmoud Wadi, the striker for the new Pyramids club, said that he had achieved his ambition from a young age to play for a great club, indicating that he aspires to win the league title with his team and has the ambition and capabilities to do so.

On Wednesday, Pyramids announced the annexation of Wadi, with a permanent contract running until 2024 from Al-Masry Al-Port Said.

And he continued, “Wadi is a Palestinian player, and therefore he will be local and not foreign, and will help the club to progress and achieve its goals.”

Wadi became the fourth of Pyramids’ deals during the current record period, following Huddersfield’s Ramadan Sobhi, Ahmed Fathi and Sherif Ekrami, Al-Ahly’s duo after the end of their contract with the team.
Wadi ‘had announced his departure from Al-Masry and his move to Pyramids several weeks ago, starting next season.

Wadi joined Al-Masry from Al-Ahly two years ago.
The 25-year-old made 75 appearances for Al-Masry, scoring 19 goals and scoring 10 goals.
