While the “Public Ministry” questioned the defendant about what was attributed to him as a flagrant and indecent act in public, and exposing him to other people in a public place by carrying out pornographic matters, then he decided that he had been insured without his will as a consequence contact with the seat in which he was sitting that provoked his desire, denying having exposed the victim.
The police investigations confirmed that the accused had carried out an indecent act in public, which was his confinement by means of transportation, and the victim witnessed him during that act.
The competent court decided to extend the detention of the accused in fifteen additional days pending the investigations, and it is in process.
