She testified to the victim in the investigations of the Public Ministry that the accused looked at her and committed acts that violated her modesty. She asked him for help, with the intention of harassing her, so he sought the help of those in the transport, so they arrested him and handed him over to the police.
The Public Ministry questioned the defendant about what was attributed to him for having carried out a flagrant and indecent act in public, and exposing him to other people in a public place by carrying out pornographic matters, for which it decided that he had insured himself without his will as a consequence of the contact with the seat in which he was sitting that aroused his desire, denying that he had exposed the victim.
The police investigations confirmed that the accused had carried out an indecent act in public, which was his confinement by means of transportation, and the victim witnessed him during that act.
The competent court decided to extend the detention of the accused in fifteen additional days pending the investigations, and it is in process.
