While the “Public Ministry” questioned the defendant about what was attributed to him of having carried out a flagrant and indecent act in public, and exposing him to other people in a public place by carrying out pornographic matters, then he decided that he had masturbated against his will as a result of contact with the seat in which he was sitting that aroused his desire, denying his exposure to the victim.

Police investigations have confirmed that the defendant committed an indecent act in public, which was his confinement by means of transport, and the victim witnessed him during that.
