Indicators of the result of the 2020 US elections: Trump is closest to winning so far … and “Comeback” of “Biden”

The preliminary indications for the counting of the votes of the American states in the American presidential elections indicate that the Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, in the electoral college, in the states that have been decided so far, on his opponent, the Republican candidate Donald Trump, as published by the BBC in Arabic on an infographic and interactive map, but counting indicators. The events that have occurred in the states that have not yet been decided indicate Trump’s progress, so the final result will be in favor of Trump’s victory, unless there are surprises in the projection process.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden received 224 votes to 213 votes from his rival, the Republican party candidate, current President Donald Trump, according to the BBC interactive map, which announced that the source of these results is: NEP / Edison via Reuters .

The total votes of the electoral colleges for the 51 states of America is 538 votes, which means that the votes that were decided by them amount to approximately 437 (224 + 213), while there are 105 votes that have not yet been decided and the winning candidate must obtain 270 electoral votes. .

According to the interactive map, 10 states remain unsolved, with a total of 101 votes, and they are Nevada, Arizona, Maine, Alaska, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia.

In states that favor Democrats based on tracking the actual count indicators, Biden is ahead of the count by 31 votes:

• Nevada: 6 electoral votes. (79% of votes counted, Biden cast 50.2% vs. Trump’s 47.9%)
• Arizona: 11 electoral votes. (82% of the votes were counted, Biden gave 51.8% against Trump’s 46.8%)
• Wisconsin: 10 electoral votes. (89% of the votes were counted, Biden gave 49.3% against Trump’s 49.00%)
• Maine: 4 electoral votes. (70% of votes counted, Biden gave 54.6% vs. Trump’s 42.3%)

States lean toward Republicans based on tracking the actual count indicators, in which Trump is ahead of the count with a total of 70 votes:

• Alaska: 3 electoral votes. (36% of the votes were counted, Trump cast 61.4% compared to 34.7% for Biden)
• Michigan: 16 electoral votes. (77% of votes counted, Trump cast 52.00% compared to 46.3% for Biden)
• Pennsylvania: 20 electoral votes. (74% of the votes were counted, Trump cast 55.7% compared to 43.00% for Biden)
• North Carolina: 15 electoral votes. (95% of votes counted, Trump gave 50.10% versus Biden 48.7%)
• Georgia: 16 electoral votes. (92% of the votes were counted, Trump gave 50.5% versus Biden 48.3%)
