The Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing announced that post offices have available the booklet of conditions for the reservation of social housing and middle housing apartments for 125,000 housing units in several new cities.
The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Fund for Social Housing and Support for Real Estate Financing, began the sale of the brochures of the conditions of the new offer of social housing and average housing, last Sunday, November 1 for the Disability Challenger, to starting November 9 for all citizens, and the presentation continues until December 7.
The specifications are located in 235 offices at the governorate level in which the units are offered, both in middle and low-income housing.
The apartments for social housing for low-income people have two areas, the first of 75 meters with two rooms and a hall, and the second of 90 square meters, 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall.
Regarding apartments for medium-sized housing, 3 models are offered, 100 meters, 110 meters and 120 meters, and all of them are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall, and all units are delivered completely finished at 36 months .
The tender book of conditions and the seriousness of the reservation, which starts from 12.5 thousand for the 75-meter unit and 15.5 thousand for the 90-meter unit, is purchased at the post offices located within the governorates in which the units are located.
And the presence of social housing in cities (Badr “Capital Gardens” – October Gardens – New October “West Airport Area” – May 15 – Ramadan 10 – New Obour – Sadat – New Minya – New Mallawy – New Aswan – New Qena – New Sohag).
As for the apartments for medium-sized housing, they are located in 10 cities: “October 6, October Gardens, Capital Gardens in Badr City, May 15, New Alamein, Tenth of Ramadan, New Rashid, New Minya, Nasser and New Aswan “.
Regarding the method of submission and reservation, first the documents required for the reservation are prepared, which differ from one applicant to another according to social status and work, then these documents are converted into a file (pdf), then a account on the website designated for the reservation https://www.shmff.gov. p. eg, fill in the details and upload the job file.
