Nasr City District Court ruled to imprison Al-Ahly player Shady Radwan for one year and post a £ 1,000 bail in the case of the wrongful death of a woman named S.M to the pension in Case No. 25912 of 2020.

Radwan returned to the scene again and found the woman in a non-dangerous condition and reassured her, then left the scene and informed Club Al-Ahly officials about what happened.
A few days later, the player was surprised by the family of the woman who had been the subject of the accident, telling him that he had died as a result of what happened.
Shady and his lawyer assured the woman’s family that the amount was high and exaggerated, and they did not reach an amicable agreement for the heirs to decide to go to the judiciary, and a case was started against the Al-Ahly player in absentia .
The player, who is currently in Mansoura with his family, was surprised, taking advantage of the negative consolation that the team had obtained with the sentence handed down against him in absentia and the maximum penalty imposed, which reached the verdict of a year with a large fine.
It is decided that the player will appeal, with the help of Al-Ahly’s lawyers and his private attorney, the sentence handed down against him, especially since Shady has witnesses that he did not escape the scene of the accident.
