Urgent statement from the Attorney General’s Office on “child trafficking”: the parents did not fulfill their commitment

On the occasion of the investigation of this fact, the “Public Ministry” affirmed its commitment to enforce the law and achieve equality among people without discrimination or taking into account social considerations or labor characteristics. He also affirmed that, in the decisions taken yesterday by the accused minor, he has implemented what the law requires him to do and that he is concerned about applying. What can the “Public Ministry” take to enforce the law, with its understanding and enthusiasm for the opinion of the public community that it represents, to request greater procedures and sanctions in such incidents, and that this gradualness in the procedures of children accused is an approach followed in Egyptian law and in the systems of International law is subject to “public persecution” in this and other facts about different social and cultural classes, regardless of the characteristics or persons of their parents or guardians, since it does not depart from justice and equality for all.
