The Public Ministry orders the mother of the “Baby Tookh” case to appear before the forensic medicine office

The Toukh Prosecutor’s Office ordered that the mother be presented in the case of the infant who died of starvation to the forensic medicine office, to indicate whether she fed her child naturally and the last time she fed him, or artificially since she ensured that it he was feeding artificially.

The boy’s mother, Anas, said leaving her with her son was out of her control and that she was afraid to reassure him about her husband and family’s reaction.

The Batoukh Public Ministry had ordered the delivery of the child “Marwan” to his grandmother to his mother following her decision to renew the imprisonment of the spouses in the incident, and the parents were charged with 4 charges, the first: murder premeditated and stalking, and the other: unjustly causing the death of a person as a result of negligence, carelessness, recklessness and disrespect. A child at risk, and the fourth: exposing a child under 7 years of age, by leaving a place devoid of human beings.

Major General Fakhr Al-Din Al-Arabi, Qalyoubia Security Director, received a notification from Brigadier General Tamer Moussa, director of the Toukh Center, stating that a communication had been received from “AH, a worker , after discovering the death of his 4-month-old son, Anas AAA, inside his residence, accusing his wife, 24-year-old ASA, of leaving their baby alone until his death.
