The Council of Ministers, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, held its weekly meeting on Wednesday, where it issued a series of important decisions.

1- The Council of Ministers agreed to extend the deadline to present conciliation requests and pay the amount of the seriousness of the conciliation in one more month until the end of November, in a new response from the State to citizen demands, so that those who wish to legalize their condition can request conciliation and comply with the procedures required for this procedure.

2- The Council of Ministers approved a bill to approve the final budget account of the Ministry of Justice and its affiliated agencies (aid agencies) for the 2019/2020 fiscal year.
3- The Council of Ministers approved bills to link the final accounts of the general state budget, the economic public authorities and the National Military Production Authority for the 2019/2020 fiscal year, of which there are 52 bills.
4- The Council of Ministers approved a bill that modifies some provisions of Law No. 103 of 1961 on the reorganization of Al-Azhar and the organs it includes, since Clause No. (2) of Article No. . (93 bis 11) of the law, and the amendment stipulates “to spend at least five years in the effective exercise of work in the lowest position directly, or at its level, provided that the period of sick leave and care of the children are counted within the promotion interval, in accordance with the controls stipulated in the Public Function Law and its executive regulations, and the promotion interval is reduced by one year for the holder of a master’s degree AND two years for a doctorate ” .

5- The Cabinet approved the issuance of a subsequent implicit license for buildings, residential buildings and establishments established by the Egyptian Endowments Authority in the Manial area in the Old Cairo neighborhood.
This is given in light of the development and re-planning of the area within the framework of the joint cooperation protocol signed in this regard between the authority, the Cairo governorate and the Ministry of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities, since the project It is being implemented by the state, with the aim of developing informal areas and providing a decent alternative for its residents.
6- The Council of Ministers approved a series of determinants and procedures for the settlement of debts of companies affiliated to the Ministry of the Business Public Sector for the value of their natural gas extractions, for the benefit of the oil sector, through the delivery of some real estate assets by companies affiliated to the Ministry of the Business Public Sector in the payment framework. Al-Aini for those debts, as part of the government’s efforts to resolve financial entanglements between ministries and government agencies.
7- The Council of Ministers approved the inclusion of a new large project called “Development of Transport Services Technology” in the Regulatory Authority of Internal and International Land Transport of the Ministry of Transport in the fiscal year 2020/2021, with investments of 16 , 5 million pounds (self-financing).
This is part of the implementation of the smart transport card and unified ticket project, organizing national and international land transport services, supervising them and increasing their efficiency based on the necessary needs to meet the requirements of economic and social development in this field. .
8- The Council approved the modification of some provisions of Law No. 139 of 1981 on the issuance of the Education Law. Subsection 2) of Article N ° (81) of the Law was modified. The modifications stipulated that “to spend at least five years in the exercise of real work in the lowest direct position, or whatever its level, provided that the period of sick leave and childcare is counted within the intermediate promotion period, in accordance with the controls provided in the Public Function Law and its executive regulations, and the promotion interval is reduced by one year for the teacher and two years for the doctorate.
9- The Cabinet approved the preliminary draft of the unified law on public finances, which included articles that regulate the foundations and stages of budget preparation, ensuring its implementation based on budgeting and performance programs in light of the goals of the budget plan. economic and social development and the strategic goals of the state, and classified according to each of the programs, economic classification and classification. 10- During its meeting headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Council of Ministers approved, through “videoconference” technology, the executive plan for the manufacture and collection of blood products to ensure the needs of the state.
During the meeting, Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, made a presentation on the national project of self-sufficiency of plasma derivatives, noting that it aims to ensure the needs of plasma derivatives in the country.
