Diogo Jota celebrates his goal for Liverpool against Metjeland
Liverpool’s 10,000th goal in history opened a difficult victory for manager Juergen Klopp’s squad at the expense of Dane Mitteland.
Liverpool defeated their Danish rival with two unanswered goals on Tuesday at Anfield in the second round of the Champions League by Group Four.
The first goal of the match was scored by Diogo Jota in the 55th minute.
Mohamed Salah added the second goal from a penalty in the second minute of injury time.
Summary of the meeting
Klopp started the match with the formation of the dangerous attacking trio Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Fermin, and in return was supported by Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi and Diogo Jota.

At the Joys Stadium, Atalanta made a wonderful comeback with his guest Ajax and drew him positively with two goals each.
Dusan Tadic opened the game’s goals in the 30th minute.
Eight minutes later, Lasina Traore scored Ajax’s second goal.
But in the second half, and in just six minutes, Duvan Zapata scored two goals, which tied for the Italian team.
With these results, Liverpool led the group with six points, followed by Atalanta with four points and Ajax with one point.
Mytiland ranks fourth, without any points.
