Saudi media reports confirmed that West Brom player Egyptian defender Ahmed Hegazy is preparing to sign his transfer contracts to Saudi Arabia’s Ittihad club in a matter of hours.

Hijazi participated in the only match with West Bromwich this season in the Premier League “Premier League” against Burnley in the fifth round of the competition.

The Saudi newspaper “Okaz” indicated, according to its own sources, that the Jeddah Union administration had managed to reach an agreement with West Brom officials regarding the contract with Hijazi.

Bromwich, returning to the English Premier League after 5 Premier League matches, is ranked 17th with two points, drawing two matches and losing 3 matches.

The newspaper said Hijazi will officially sign the contract before the gate for transfers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia closes on Sunday night.

Saudi newspaper Al-Madina previously indicated that there were intense negotiations by the Jeddah Federation to hire Hijazi before the transfer window was closed to support the team’s defenses.

Notably, Al-Ittihad Jeddah is ranked 12th in the Saudi League table rankings this season with one point, after losing 2-1 to Al-Ettifaq, and a 2-2 draw with Al-Fath
