Turki Al-Sheikh congratulated the former honorary president of the Al-Ahly club, Red Castle, on qualifying for the African Champions League final, after beating Wydad by five against a single goal in both matches.
Al-Sheikh wrote, on his Twitter page: “Congratulations to Al-Ahly and wish the ninth.”
The African Union held a lottery to choose a country between Egypt and Morocco, and Egypt was chosen in the event that an Egyptian team qualified for the final match, which happened when Al-Ahly qualified.
And the first team of the Al-Ahly club managed to reach the final of the African Champions League, after recently defeating the Moroccan Wydad by three goals to one, in the match that was played between them at the Cairo Stadium, to qualify with the sum of the two clashes with a score of 5-1.
