Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is “very disappointed” with the injury of Liverpool star Virgil van Dyck.
Liverpool announced that Van Dyck had had his cruciate ligament amputated to end his season, following Pickford’s intervention.
“We are very sorry that Van Dyck is injured,” Ancelotti said of Van Dyck.
“Everyone at the club wants Van Dyck to recover quickly and return as soon as possible,” he added in his remarks on the official Everton website.
