According to the official statement issued by Barcelona, the 28-year-old German goalkeeper’s contract was renewed until the summer of 2025, with a penalty clause of 500 million euros.
While the Spanish defender Piqué, 33, renewed his contract until the summer of 2024, with 500 million euros as a penalty condition. The new contract will be activated if Piqué participates in a certain number of games in the 2021-2022 season.
As for the contract of the 25-year-old French defender, Lenglet, his new contract runs until 2026, with a penalty clause of 300 million euros.
Finally, the 23-year-old Dutch midfielder renewed his contract until 2026, with a penalty clause of 400 million euros.
