The president of Zamalek got into a violent altercation with the lawyer of the Olympic Committee, who witnessed insults during his presence in the courtroom of the Administrative Court, to consider the appeal of the president of Zamalek against the decision of the Olympic Committee to remove him from the presidency of the Club Zamalek, where a verbal altercation broke out between Mortada and the lawyer for the Olympic Committee.
Mortada Mansour accused the Olympian lawyer of forgery during her plea in court, and after the end of Murtaza’s plea, a strong verbal altercation broke out between the two parties, prompting the president of the court to suspend the session and postpone it until the situation will calm down.
The court decided to postpone the sentence until November 1, to see the reasons for the sentence before its acceptance or rejection.
Lawyers and prosecutors flocked to the headquarters of the Council of State to attend the appeal of Mortada Mansour, president of the Zamalek Club, against the decision of the Olympic Committee to suspend and remove him from office.
The president of Zamalek came to appear before the court in his appeal, in which the minister of Youth and Sports, Hisham Hatab, president of the Olympic Committee, and Amr Al-Ganayni, president of the Five-Year Committee appointed by the International Federation participated. of Football to manage the Egyptian Football Association.
It should be noted that the Olympic Committee issued a decision on October 4 to suspend Mortada Mansour from the practice of any sporting activity for a period of 4 years and invite the members of the General Assembly of the Zamalek Club to form an association to elect a new president for the club, based on the presence of violations committed by Mansour, according to the committee’s decision.
