On November 6, 2001, in Case No. 22616 of 2001, Crimes of Supreme State Security, the court canceled Majdi Hajjaj Khalil’s original membership after fraud was proven, and despite the falsification of the original membership , Majdi Hajjaj Khalil, who was sentenced to cancel it by the criminal court, obtained a forged membership once again in defiance of the sentence of the criminal court statement above.
