The Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton is a football rivalry of more than 125 years

As for the Premier League competition, which changed its name to the current one in 1992, the Reds won 24 matches out of 56 matches that brought the two teams together, while the draw was at 23 and Everton won just 9.

Liverpool scored 331 goals in the Tovees net, while their goals were conceded only 262 goals in all their matches.
